Shkoukani has been working in the Creativity and Entrepreneurship Unit at Birzeit University for more than a year, as a project coordinator, mentoring and mentoring, and providing technical support for emerging projects, innovations, and training.
Atef, a master's student in the Business Administration program at Birzeit University, invented a car that runs on water two years ago when he was still relatively young.
When Atef started thinking about a car that would run on water, he knew that such an idea needed a lot of work. He might succeed in it, and he might not succeed, but it is the attempt that deserves to be lived. Atef's invention is summarized in the possibility of exploiting water in the production of electric energy without the need for chemical analysis, in addition to the possibility of exploiting heat, air and movement as well in the production of energy so that the car reaches complete self-sufficiency, with the aim of solving the problem of oil and the problem of pollution.
