Ayad Mohammed Helles: A Russian physician of Palestinian origin from Gaza City, he obtained his doctorate from the Moscow Eye Research Institute. He has participated in local and international scientific conferences with research on eye diseases and has several medical publications to his name. He has obtained two patents for scientific innovation in ophthalmology, registered internationally in his name. He recently obtained the rank of professor and full member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is also the head of the Russian-Arab Cooperation Organization.
