PhD in Developmental and Health Psychology from the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain), MA in Counseling Psychology from Yarmouk University (Jordan), with over 15 years of experience in teaching and research in the psychological sector. Dr. Shadi is the Head of the Psychology Department at An-Najah National University, Vice President of the Syndicate of Social Workers and Psychologists/Palestine, and a member of the Jordanian Psychological Association. Dr. Shadi has conducted several research studies including, but not limited to, an exploratory study on psychological resilience among Palestinian school students in the West Bank, and a study on exposure to traumatic experiences among Palestinian students in the West Bank.
