Al-Quds University awarded a master's degree with distinction to teacher Haya Abu Shaira in building institutions and human development for her thesis entitled (Dimensions of organizational structures and their impact on ministries and non-ministerial governmental institutions in the Palestinian National Authority). The discussion of the thesis was supervised by an internal examiner, Dr. Azmi Al-Atrash, Dean of the Institute for Sustainable Development at Al-Quds University.
Dr. Youssef Abu Farah, Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Al-Quds Open University (the external examiner), and based on her success and the presentation of the thesis after an important discussion, it was agreed to grant the teacher Abu Shaira a master’s degree in the presence of her family and those interested. It is noted that the master’s thesis carries within it importance in our Palestinian reality and benefits researchers. In the future in many fields, the examiners blessed Teacher Haya and her creative role in producing a distinctive message that carries within it great importance in a way that touches on reality and its challenges.
