Information

Academic and Administrative Experience: I have been dedicated to working at Al-Quds University since 1999, where I taught courses in grammar, morphology, language, and phonetics in the Faculty of Arts for both undergraduate and graduate programs. I also taught grammar and morphology courses in the Faculties of Dawah and Islamic Studies and the Holy Quran. Additionally, I taught other courses such as prosody, rhetoric, literary text appreciation, Arabic linguistics, and the art of writing and expression.
I have authored two books on Arabic grammar, supervised several academic theses in the department, and participated in their defense at universities both nationally and internationally. I have also published research papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals, reviewed research papers for scientific journals, and participated in scientific conferences both domestically and internationally.
Regarding administrative roles, I have served as a coordinator and head of the department and for the Master's programs in Arabic language and contemporary Islamic studies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from Birzeit University, with honors, in 1995.
Master's degree in Arabic Grammar and Morphology from Al-Al-Bayt University in 1999, with a thesis titled "The Syntax, Morphology, and Semantics of Al-Hatayiyyah Diwan."
Ph.D. in Arabic Language from the Sudan University of Science and Technology in 2005, with a dissertation titled "Sentence Structure in Modern Palestinian Poetry: A Grammatical Study of the Works of Rashid Hussein, Ibrahim Touqan, and Burhan al-Din al-Aboushi."
Teaching and Professional Experience:
Taught Arabic language in the Ministry of Education for the academic year 1998-1999.
Served as a full-time teaching faculty member at Al-Quds University since 1999.
Worked as a part-time teaching faculty member at Birzeit University from 2003 to 2013.
Served as a part-time teaching faculty member at Palestine Technical College in 2012-2013.
Courses Taught: I teach various linguistic courses, including grammar, morphology, prosody, writing and expression skills, text analysis, library and dictionaries.
