Dr. Ziad Mohammad Ayad is a Palestinian activist deeply involved in the Jerusalem and Palestinian communities. He has volunteered in numerous local institutions focused on youth issues. Dr. Ayad is responsible for the prisoner affairs portfolio at Al-Quds University as part of the university's local community outreach efforts.
Since 2015, he has been an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science and the Institute of Global Studies. Currently, he serves as the head of the department.
Dr. Ayad has actively participated in various development committees within the College of Arts and committees dedicated to student affairs. He earned his Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations from Hassan II University in Casablanca, Morocco, in 2015.
