Assistant Professor specializing in Digital Media and Human-Computer Interaction. Holds a Master's degree in Digital Media and a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Bremen, Germany, with honors. Previously worked at National Geographic (Hamburg) and has experience in various fields, including content production, digital storytelling, advanced interactive design, app development, big data analysis, and digital culture.
Worked in visual production for several commercial companies and research institutions both domestically and internationally. Has served as a research and teaching assistant and lecturer at various universities abroad before joining the University of Jerusalem. Interested in qualitative research in digital humanities and Palestinian digital storytelling. Currently serving as the Head of the Digital Media and Communication Department at the University of Jerusalem since 2015. Also, the Director of the Modern Media Institute at the University of Jerusalem's Ramallah campus and has worked as a media consultant for several governmental and private entities. Nader Saleh led the development of the first Master's program in Digital Media in Palestine, the "Master's in Digital Media and Communication," and continues to serve as its director. He founded the first research forum in Palestine for digital media and communication, under the name "Third Life."
