Associate Professor in Information Technology, researcher and consultant in digital transformation and the use of digital technology in education, electronic examinations and their security. He holds a doctorate from Cairo University in 2012, a master’s degree in computing - computer engineering concentration, Birzeit University 2005, and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Baghdad 1997.
He has extensive experience in strategic planning and risk management in the field of education. He contributed to the development of models for automated monitoring of exams. Electronic and computerization of institutional and program evaluation systems to ensure quality.
Member of the International Syndicate of Engineers and the Human Development Society, and a founding member of the Experts for Education Group. He has many researches, studies, books, and chapters in the field of employing digital technology in various aspects of life, and has participated in many international conferences, research projects, and practical fellowships. He recently prepared the national policy for digital transformation in Palestine for the Ministry of Communications, with support and funding from the United Nations ESCWA.
