Anis Qasim Nazzal: A Palestinian international legal expert from the city of Qalqilya. He obtained a master's degree in comparative law from the University of Miami in the United States of America in 1968, a second master's degree from George Washington University in 1970, and then a doctorate from the same university in international law in 1973. He was chosen as an advisor to the Palestinian delegation at the Madrid Conference in 1991 and the Washington negotiations. He founded the Independent Palestinian Commission for Citizens' Rights. He is also an advisor to the Islamic Bank in Jordan and an advisor to Kuwait Airways.
