Shafiq Abdulhadi Brik: A Jordanian-Palestinian professor and educator from the city of Nablus. He is considered one of the distinguished men of Nablus and a virtuous educator who taught many personalities in Jordan and Palestine. He studied at the American University in Beirut and graduated from it in 1934 AD. He worked as the principal of the Safed School, and then he moved to Jordan in 1948, where he was one of the founders of Al-Hussein College and worked as its principal for a long period. Then he was an inspector for the Ministry of Education, a delegate for Jordan to UNESCO, and an expert for teachers' institutes. Then he worked as a cultural attaché at the Jordanian Embassy in Jeddah from 1964 AD.
