Feras Zahda holds a PhD in Business Administration from Manouba University in Tunis. He also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Global e-Policy and e-Government from Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea.
He serves as a Lecturer and Head of the Administrative Science Department at the College of Applied Professions, Palestine Polytechnic University. His academic and professional work focuses on areas related to business administration, administrative sciences, and public administration.
Feras Zahda has contributed to a number of academic and research publications. His research includes studies examining the impact of educational software on students’ achievement in learning fractions, including a case study related to an economics course. He has also researched the use of computerized software to address challenges in learning fractions.
In addition, his research interests include corporate social responsibility and employee retention, as demonstrated by his study on corporate social responsibility in a Palestinian cellular company and the mediating role of job satisfaction in employees’ intention to stay.
