Born on February 12, 1949 in Damascus, holder of philosophy degrees from the University of Oxford in Britain. Was the President of Al-Quds University and the Philosophy Stadium and a non-resident fellow at John Hopkins University. Among the prizes were an honorary doctorate in human literature and the leader of innocence from the order of Belgium.
