A Palestinian writer and author, born in the village of Ein Hod - Haifa - occupied Palestine on 12-12-1942. He was displaced to Iraq with the displaced Palestinians in 1948 after the Zionist Israeli occupation of Palestine. He studied and learned in Iraqi schools and graduated from the University of Baghdad - College of Arts - Department of English Literature. He lived and moved between Iraq, Syria, Kuwait and Jordan. He held several positions in Iraq. He had regular columns in newspapers in Syria, Jordan and Amman. He directed his play (Nahar Khalili) and it was performed in Iraq and Kuwait. He has several plays and novels. He passed away on Thursday 5-2-2015 in Beirut.
