Information

Munther Subhi Abu Haltam, a Palestinian poet and storyteller, was born in 1964 AD in the village of Tarqumiya, one of the villages of the city of Hebron in the south of the West Bank in occupied Palestine.

He holds Jordanian nationality and received his higher education in Jordan and abroad. He is a member of the Jordanian Writers Association. He is currently working in the field of media as editor-in-chief of Jazzian Economic Magazine in the State of Kuwait. He wrote books in various fields of writing, including poetry, stories and novels. He also wrote in the field of children's literature, so he wrote in the field of drawn scenarios, animated pictures, songs, and children's stories. His works were published in most Arab children's magazines in Jordan, Lebanon, the Arab Gulf states, and London.

He wrote in the field of committed patriotic song, and presented the lyrics of his songs to several Palestinian bands, including the Palestinian band (Al-Shiraa), which presented its works in many countries of the world and released several albums. Several of his works were published by the Jordanian Ministry of Culture, including the winning songs at the Children's Song Festivals. These songs were presented and are still being presented on Jordanian television and some radio stations.
