Jihad Aql, a Palestinian artist,
whose full name is Jihad Ahmed Saeed Akl. Born in Beirut in 1968.
his upbringing
Jihad Akl was born in Beirut,
Lebanon, in 1968. He studied music under the guidance of his father, Ahmed
Saeed, in light of the circumstances of the war that Lebanon went through in
the year 1974.
When he was 6 years old, he won an
appreciation award from the National Conservatory of Music after a
distinguished performance he gave at a special talent party in Lebanon.
His father continued to teach him
classical music, an intensive study of ten hours a day for twelve years. George
Ibrahim El-Khoury, who called him the violin lover. It gave him the opportunity
to play in the presence of music giants such as Salim Sahab.
Jihad Akl led, participated and
performed in a number of bands for Lebanese and Arab artists such as Fayrouz,
Wadih Al-Safi and Majida Al-Roumi in the celebration of the Lebanese war in the
commercial center of Beirut.
The artist Jihad Akl also played
with Sabah, Suad Muhammad. At the same time, he sought to study and expand his
musical education, to include arrangement, composition, and solo playing.
