Abdel Rahman Tahboub is a journalist and media consultant who graduated from the Faculty of Mass Communication, Yarmouk University in Irbid - Jordan in 1987.

He was born in the city of Hebron in Palestine on the twelfth of August 1965 from a family known for its knowledge, jurisprudence and piety, and its lineage goes back to the Umayyads. He is married and has one daughter (Shahd).

He chairs the independent monthly Taiba Islamic magazine, which is considered one of the rare Islamic magazines in the Arab world and is distinguished by its modernist and moderate output, and now works as a media consultant for the Rashid Center for Child Care and Treatment in Dubai and the general manager of Turkey 2023 electronic magazine.

He authored the book Princess Haya and Charitable Work, which was issued by the Rashid Center for Childhood Care and Treatment in Dubai in both Arabic and English and documents the life of Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. He also prepared a book by Mohammed Bin Rashid.. A new era and the Khalifa bin Zayed book.. This is how the tender issued by the Rashid Center for Childhood Care and Treatment on the occasion of the winning of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, the Sheikh Rashid Award for Humanitarian Personality for the year 2010-2011. He worked as a coordinator of the program Eyewitness to Israel during the First Intifada in cooperation with the Arab American Association Against Discrimination (ADC). He also worked as a reporter for Al-Quds Radio - on the path to liberating the land and man during the first intifada and as a researcher at the Palestinian Center for Nonviolence Studies - Jerusalem with Dr. Mubarak Awad before his expulsion from Palestine, in addition to his work as a reporter for the Jerusalem newspaper “Al-Shaab” and “Al-Sinara” in 1987-1988, and as a newspaper editor for the Kuwaiti newspaper “Al-Watan” in 1989-1990, but he left Kuwait after the Iraqi invasion and returned to Jordan and began studying for a master’s degree in social anthropology in The Institute of Archeology and Anthropology at Yarmouk University, but he did not complete his studies and joined the labor market again to lead the editor-in-chief of the magazines: Day and Night, Watch Me, Jewel Time, Middle East Watches, Paris Gallery magazine from its first issue, Women’s 2000 magazine and editor-in-chief of Al-Jeel magazine and Across the Emirates magazine, which was issued by Dubai Transport. He also worked as a secretary for the weekly social and cultural life of the people / Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• One of the authors of Bloody Friday - The Goldstein Doctrine, which is the only Arabic book that documents the massacre of the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of Hebron, which was perpetrated by Baruch Goldstein, who killed dozens of worshipers in the dawn prayer on the night of the fifteenth of Ramadan.


• He has a poetry book under publication entitled Green Almonds and is working on writing a pen novel about his city of Hebron and his memories there. He has unpublished traditional and folklore studies dealing with the Palestinian neighborhood, popular proverbs, "Al Raza'a", and a study on the neighborhood and Mukhtarah, among others.
