Dr. Musa Hafez Musa Rifai Abu Libdeh (Al-Bawaqneh) is a Palestinian popular poet and artist.

Biography
He was born in 1957 in Jenin refugee camp, to a displaced family from the village of Al-Sindiana, Haifa District. He studied in Jenin and then completed his studies in Iraq, holding a first degree in history from the University of Baghdad. Winner of the Noah Ibrahim Prize for Folk Art. Recipient of the Palestinian Order of Merit and Excellence for the year 2012 from Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine. He holds an honorary doctorate in folklore from UNESCO for the year 2000.
