William Haddad: A Palestinian businessman from Jerusalem, residing in Dubai, he heads the Mace Construction Group, which he founded in Libya in 1968 and then moved to Dubai. It is now considered one of the largest contracting companies in the region. The group played a major role in massive infrastructure projects at the beginning of the oil boom in the Gulf States and Libya. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Construction Week magazine in 2013.
