Mustafa Abdul Nabi Al-Natsheh (1930-2017) is a Palestinian businessman , born in Hebron . He pursued his postgraduate studies in chemical engineering in 1956 in Cairo , then obtained a diploma in industrial management from the Netherlands in 1960. He was elected deputy mayor of Hebron in 1980 and remained in office until 1983, when the Israeli authorities dismissed the elected municipal council. He was appointed a member of the joint Palestinian-Jordanian delegation to the Madrid Peace Conference in 1991 until his resignation from the delegation in 1992.
He was appointed by the Palestinian National Authority as mayor of Hebron from April 1994 until 2006. He was a member of the Palestinian-Israeli negotiations that led to the " Hebron Agreement " in January 1997. He is active in several industries, including stone cutting and canning. Director of the Agricultural Industries Company in Hebron. He was retired in 2007 and died in 2017.
