Shukri Kafie: A Honduran businessman of Palestinian origin from Bethlehem, he holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is the founder of Lacteos de Honduras SA, the largest dairy company in the country, and the founder of Lufussa, the largest electricity supplier in Honduras. He founded the Chito and Nena Kafie Foundation, a charitable organization to help the poor in Honduras.
