Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Technology (TAGTech), a subsidiary of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital Group, signed an official agency agreement with Marmara Al-Bayda General Trading Company – Iraq. Under this agreement, Marmara becomes the authorized distributor of TAGTech-branded electronic devices in the Iraqi market, including the Kurdistan Region.

This agreement solidifies TAGTech's presence in the Iraqi market, one of the most prominent technology markets in the Arab world. The agreement grants the Iraqi company authorized distributor status, enabling it to manage distribution and expand the reach of devices across various governorates.

According to the agreement, TAGTech will provide the distributor with all approved devices and their original specifications, along with warranty, maintenance, and spare parts services. Marmara will also ensure the devices are supplied with the necessary software, educational content, and applications, in accordance with approved technical standards.

Marmara, for its part, will be responsible for managing marketing and sales operations, opening new distribution channels within the Iraqi market, establishing an authorized service center, receiving shipments, and managing supply requirements as stipulated in the agreement.

The signing of this agency agreement comes within the framework of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital Group's strategy to promote the adoption of Arab-made technology and solidify the TAGTech brand's presence in regional markets through partners with the necessary expertise and operational infrastructure.

Both parties expressed their pride in signing this agreement, which will contribute to supporting the Iraqi market with electronic devices that adhere to international manufacturing standards and offer reliable technological solutions to consumers.
