Bilal Muhammad Abdul Halim Abu Samaan (June 9, 1992 – December 18, 2023) is a Palestinian Olympic athlete, born and raised in Gaza City . He studied at Abu Dhar Al-Ghafari High School and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Al-Aqsa University. He is the coach of the Palestinian national track and field team . At the beginning of 2021, he worked as a physical education teacher at the American International School in Gaza.

He participated as a candidate for the Palestinian Olympic Academy in the 62nd International Olympic Academy Youth Ambassadors Session, which opened on the evening of June 12, 2022 in the ancient city of Pnix .

He represented Palestine at the 2023 Arab Games in Algeria and the 20th Arab Cross Country Championship in Sharm El Sheikh . 

He was assassinated on December 18, 2023, during an Israeli Air Force bombing of his home in Khan Yunis, Gaza Strip, in response to Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa.
