Hassan Marwan Nawfal: A Palestinian diver from the town of Jayyous in the Qalqilya district, studying at one of the famous diving academies in Cape Town, South Africa, succeeded in raising the Palestinian flag at the deepest point in the Indian Ocean, which he reached from the shores of Cape Town, the southernmost point of the African continent, as the date of this adventure coincided with our Palestinian people commemorating the thirty-ninth anniversary of Land Day.
