Born in Jerusalem in 1990, he obtained a certificate in accounting management in 2011. He started working at Al-Hakawati Theater in 2012 as a trainee through a 6-month youth employment training program, and was then appointed as an accountant at Al-Hakawati Theater. Al-Hashlamoun's goal is to obtain an auditor certificate.

Al-Hashlamoun worked as a part-time accountant in other institutions, and worked on administrative matters for the theater, as the theater was a warm home where a strong family relationship was formed between the employees, as everyone worked for one goal, which was the interest of theater, art, and cultural work in Jerusalem.
