Bahgat Ayasi is a Ph.D. student in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Ujean-Spain (2023–2026) with a Computer Science background from Al-Quds University. With over 26  years in Academia and  IT technical and management roles, he has led over 100 IT projects. He has served as the University President's Assistant for IT Affairs at Arab American University-Palestine since 2015. His expertise includes IT management, various programming languages, DBA, operating systems Administration, and AI and Data Science tools; my research interest in Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) , Data Science.
