Masoud al-Madhi (executed in 1834) was a Palestinian Arab clan leader and politician who lived during the Ottoman and Egyptian rule of Palestine in the first half of the nineteenth century. He belongs to a Palestinian family of Bedouin origins from Beersheba , who settled in the village of Ijzim , one of the villages in the Haifa district , in northern Palestine. 

He lived in a large house in Acre, [1] and was on friendly terms with Suleiman Pasha al- Adil, the governor of Acre between 1804 and 1819, [2] who appointed him Musallamiyah of Haifa and the coast of Atlit between the village of Umm Khalid and south of Acre , [3] and then became Musallam of Jaffa ( its tax collector) by 1830, and was also the recipient of Gaza and Ramleh The boy.

Masoud al-Madhi was executed by order of Ibrahim Pasha, son of the governor of Egypt, Muhammad Ali Pasha , in 1834, for his role in the rebellion of the people of Palestine against Egyptian.
