M. Basil Yassin currently holds the position of Head of the Renewable Energy Department at the Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority, where he has worked in the Authority since 2001.
Engineer Yassin worked in a number of executive management positions in solar photovoltaic energy development projects with local and international contractors. M owns Yassin has good experience and knowledge in the field of managing and installing photovoltaic solar energy sources in the West Bank. He has good experience in the field of energy efficiency and conservation technologies in addition to energy technology, wind energy and climate change.
He obtained many international certificates related to the energy sector such as CMVP and RETScreen.
