Palestinian citizen Mahmoud Othman did not surrender to the difficult economic reality facing the Gaza Strip due to the siege, so he came up with a new idea to bring life back to his café.

Othman decided to add a “Doctor Fish Pedicure” section, which is illuminated with blue neon lights, along with hot and cold drinks and shisha.

The idea came to him after he watched videos of tourists in Turkey getting fish pedicures while sitting down to have tea.

Where visitors can dip their feet in glass bowls, leaving the fish to chew the dead skin off their feet.
