Salem Brahma, an Al-Shabaka Policy Member, currently holds the position of Executive Director at the Palestinian Authority for Public Diplomacy. He is also a non-resident fellow at the US/Middle East Project. Previously, he served as an international affairs advisor to Ms. Hanan Ashrawi at the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestine Investment Fund. Additionally, he worked at Portland Communications in London, where he provided public affairs and policy advice to Gulf governments and the Palestinian Embassy in the United States. Salem earned a bachelor’s degree in government from Lawrence University and a master’s degree in law and politics from King’s College London.
