Husni Salem Dargham Za'rab (Abu Hussam; February 16, 1932 - ) is a Palestinian politician, educator , author , member of the Fatah movement , and member of the Palestinian National Council . He served as governor of Khan Yunis Governorate between 2001 and 2005. 

His life

On November 23, 1994, he was appointed Director General of Education Affairs in the Gaza Strip .  In 2000, he wrote a book entitled “ From the Memory of Glory: Struggle Steps in the Palestinian National Liberation Movement, Fatah, the Vanguard of the Palestinian Revolution .” 

On July 2, 2001, he was appointed governor of Khan Yunis Governorate. He continued in the position until his retirement on December 31, 2005.
