Jamal Mustafa Issa Huwail is a Palestinian politician and a member of the Fatah movement and its Revolutionary Council , and a member of the second Palestinian Legislative Council elected in 2006.

His life

As a result of the Palestinian legislative elections on January 25, 2006 , Huwail won a seat in the second Palestinian Legislative Council after running as a candidate within the Fatah bloc .
On December 4, 2016 , Huwail won the elections for the Fatah Revolutionary Council, which were held in Ramallah during the Seventh Fatah Conference, and became a member of it.
He was arrested by the Israeli occupation army on the evening of June 26, 2024.
