Elias Issa Bandak (c.1911 – April 26, 1972) held the position of mayor in Bethlehem across three distinct terms, serving from 1950 to 1952, then from 1952 to 1957, and finally from 1964 until 1972. He followed in the footsteps of his cousin, Issa Basil Bandak. Bandak was a Palestinian Christian.

He passed away at the age of 61 due to cancer on April 26, 1972.
