Zaal Abu Raqti: A veteran Palestinian journalist and media figure from the village of Ein Ghazal in the Haifa district. He is considered one of the most prominent media figures on the Palestinian scene. He worked at the Palestinian Revolution Radio in Daraa, Syria, and at the Souq al-Gharb School for the Sons of Martyrs in Lebanon, then at Palestine Radio and Palestinian Television. He is also the director of the Palestinian Center for Media and Democracy Issues.
