Jordanian director of Palestinian origins, Sandra Madi, chose the city of Ramallah, specifically the Galilee Hall in the Mahmoud Darwish Museum, to screen her new documentary film, “Nahr al-Bared Narrates,” within the framework of the “Four Cinemas” project organized by the museum in cooperation with the “Shayeb Group.”

This film, which its director has not released for showing at festivals or satellite channels yet, comes after her first film about the Palestinian refugee camp that was abandoned by its people due to the infiltration of the so-called “Fatah al-Islam” into it, and was called “Nahr al-Bared Detention Camp,” to shed light on what she described as “The uprising of the people of Nahr al-Bared camp” with the aim of returning to it and breaking the siege imposed on it from time to time.
