Dr. Ibrahim Khalil Ajaram Abu Ghalia earned a Bachelor's degree in Da'wah and Fundamentals of Religion from Al-Quds University in 1997. He then continued his academic journey by obtaining a Master's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the same university in 2002. He completed a PhD in Arabic Language from Sudan University of Science and Technology in 2008 and later pursued another Master's degree in Jurisprudence, Legislation, and Fundamentals from Al-Quds University in 2021.
Dr. Ibrahim has conducted extensive research in the fields of syntax and morphology, with notable works such as "The Semantics of Verbs of Certainty in the Qur'an" (2014), "The Use and Semantics of the Form 'Istaf'ala' in the Qur'an" (2017), and "The Semantics of the Form 'Taf‘ala' in the Qur'an" (2017). He also published "The ‘In’ Form in Affirmation and Negation: A Syntactical Study" in 2022.
In the conference realm, Dr. Ibrahim presented a paper titled "The Ruling on Gender Selection" at the "Contemporary Medical Issues in Islamic Jurisprudence" conference held at An-Najah National University in Palestine in 2019.
He has supervised numerous Master's theses at Al-Quds University, with prominent examples including Ali Muhammad Ahmad Abu Haniyeh (2015), Reem Ali Mahmoud Al-Nuqiti (2013), and Ahlam Taher Abbas Jaber (2013).
Dr. Ibrahim has taught many courses at Al-Quds University over the years, including "Arabic Language Skills," "Syntax A," "Syntax B," "Morphology," "The Rhetorical Miracle in the Qur'an," "Literature in the Umayyad Era," and "Prosody and Rhyme." Additionally, he has designed new courses for the university's curriculum, such as "Syntax A," "Syntax B," and "Morphology."
He has been a member of the Cultural Committee at Al-Quds University since 2014 and a member of the Social Committee in 2022, where he has participated in numerous university activities.
Apart from his academic achievements, Dr. Ibrahim is skilled in teaching scientific courses, using computers, and working in collaborative settings. He also possesses experience in public speaking in mosques and participating in social reform activities.
On the charitable front, Dr. Ibrahim actively participated in community service through his membership in the Al-Zaim Village Charitable Association from 2015 to 2019, contributing to several social initiatives in the local community.
