Dr. Mazen Rasikh is a distinguished member of the Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cardiff University, United Kingdom, which he earned in 1975. He further pursued his education and received a PhD in Electronic Engineering from Cardiff University in 1980.

Dr. Rasikh held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at An-Najah National University from 1984 to 1991. Since 1995, he has served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at An-Najah National University.

He has been a member of the British Engineering Council (CEng) since 1982.

In addition to his academic and professional achievements, Dr. Rasikh is the Chairman of the Board and the CEO of Tin Factories Limited in Nablus, located in the Eastern Industrial Zone. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Plastic Technology Limited in Nablus, which is also based in the Eastern Industrial Zone.

Dr. Rasikh was born on June 29, 1952.
