Imad Fashafsha is an Associate Professor and the Dean of Student Affairs at the College of Nursing, where he also serves in the Nursing Department. He has taught various undergraduate courses, including Fundamental of Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, Nursing Research, Physical Examination, and Introduction to Nursing Science. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Fashafsha has contributed extensively to nursing research, publishing multiple articles on topics such as eye care protocols for mechanically ventilated patients, infection control measures in Palestinian hospitals, stress factors affecting nursing students, compliance with standard precautions, and barriers to research utilization in hospital settings. His recent work also explores health-promoting behaviors among nursing students from a Palestinian perspective.
