Ahmad Abu Zeineh is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, serving within the Department of Law. He has extensive academic experience and teaches a wide range of university-level and postgraduate courses, including Introduction to Law, Law in Our Lives, Principles of Commercial Law, Companies and Bankruptcy, Commercial Papers and Banking Operations, Labor Law and Social Legislation, Civil and Commercial Procedure Code, Evidence and Enforcement Law, Named Contracts I & II, Industrial and Commercial Property, Maritime Law, and International Trade Law. At the postgraduate level, he teaches in-depth courses in Labor Law, Commercial Companies, Industrial and Commercial Property, Governance and Advocacy Theories, and Labor Law in Palestine.
Professor Abu Zeineh is also an active legal researcher with numerous publications focusing on commercial and labor law. His research covers topics such as procedures for the merger of commercial companies, work injury insurance in Palestinian labor law, trading regulations for founders' and in-kind shares, trademark cancellation in Palestine, valuation of in-kind shares, termination of employment contracts, arbitrary dismissal, and the legal nature of arbitration and its impact on civil suits. His scholarly contributions include both comparative and analytical legal studies.
In addition to his published articles, he authored a master’s thesis titled "The Legal Framework for Mergers of Commercial Companies: A Comparative Study (Palestinian, Jordanian, and Egyptian Laws)", and presented a conference paper on "The Legal Status of the Liquidator in a Public Joint Stock Company" in 2019.
