Over more than four decades of experience, he has made significant contributions in the fields of academic education, clinical practice, scientific research, and institutional administration.
Throughout his career, Dr. Michel has dedicated his efforts to promoting scientific research and education in psychology. As a lecturer and trainer, he has mentored generations of students, equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills to achieve academic excellence and professional success. In clinical practice, he has played a pivotal role in applying the principles of medical psychology to improve patient outcomes and advance understanding of the psychological aspects of healthcare.
In addition to teaching, research, and practice, Dr. Michel has been involved for many years in administrative leadership and strategic planning. As the former Executive Vice President of Bethlehem University, he played a key role in formulating institutional policies, promoting academic innovation, and driving initiatives that support faculty, students, and the broader academic community. He is also a former member of the Council for Higher Education, the Higher Commission for the Equivalency of Degrees, the Association of Arab Universities, and the Union of Mediterranean Universities. Dr. Michel currently serves as Director of Rawabi English Academy.
