Dr. Salah Yahya Salah Sabry is the Acting Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences. Holding a PhD in General Administration, he serves as an Associate Professor and plays a pivotal role within the Academic Affairs circle. Dr. Sabry’s expertise in general administration guides his leadership in advancing graduate education and fostering scientific research. Dr. Salah Yahya Salah Sabry has extensive practical experience in both academic and administrative roles. He began his career as Financial and Administrative Manager at Health Work Committees (February 2004 – November 2006). Concurrently, he worked as a part-time supervisor at Al-Quds Open University from March 2004 to August 2006. He then served as an Administrative Assistant at the university from October 2006 until February 2009, before becoming a full-time faculty member in January 2009, a position he continues to hold. Between January 2018 and August 2019, Dr. Sabry directed the Center for Administrative and Economic Research. Most recently, since October 2025, he has been serving as Acting Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
Dr. Sabry is proficient in both Arabic and English, with excellent skills in reading, writing, and conversation in Arabic and good proficiency in English. His research interests focus on organizational behavior within public organizations, as well as public-private partnerships and public sector development.
