Fathi Fourani: A Palestinian professor and writer. He obtained his first degree in Arabic Language and Middle Eastern History, and continued his studies to earn a second degree in Arabic Literature.

He worked as a professor of Arabic at the Arab Orthodox College in Haifa and as an Arabic language instructor at the Academic College in Jerusalem. He also served as a cultural editor for Al-Ittihad Magazine and is a member of the Arab Writers Union.

He served as Deputy Mayor of Haifa and participated in numerous cultural events and occasions. He published many cultural articles in various magazines and is the screenwriter of the film “Call of the Roots”.
