July 2016---2018: head of the Computer Engineering and Security Department in the College of Information Technology and Computer Engineering - Palestine Polytechnic University.
August,2015---July 2016: Assistant professor of Computer Systems Engineering at the College of Information Technology and Computer Engineering – Palestine Polytechnic University. 
February,2015---September 2015: Post-doctoral (i.e., research assistant) -INSA of Rennes France.
September,2006---April 2012: Teaching assistant - Computer center of Palestine Polytechnic University.

My current research interests include Cryptography, Cryptanalysis, Video Security, Image Security, Chaos-based cryptosystems, joint crypto-compression algorithms, system and network security and reliability, IoT security and related topics.

ensure that the goals of the Computer Engineering program are attainable. Designs and implements new and innovative programs for business solutions.

I have developed with our colleagues in INSA a complete security system for the last video standard (HEVC).
