Musa Alrefaya is the dean of Dual Studies Deanship since 2021 and a full-time senior lecturer at the College of information technology and computer engineering college-Palestine Polytechnic University in Palestine since 2004. He was a researcher at the Electronic and Informatics Department at the Vrije University of Brussels from 2007 to 2015. Alrefaya has many publications in medical image processing.
Two of his research papers were awarded the best research papers in two well-established conferences. He earned the DAAD and Erasmus Mundus scholarships for the master's and PhD degrees.
Musa Al-Rifai has served as Dean of the College of Dual Studies since 2021. He has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Engineering at Palestine Polytechnic University since 2004.
An expert in curriculum development and design, as well as work-based learning, he possesses extensive experience in building partnerships with the private sector and integrating them into education.
He also currently serves as the coordinator of a job opportunities project at the university in partnership with the German Development Cooperation (GIZ).
He previously worked as a private sector business development consultant in Europe and the Middle East for ten years.
He has several published research papers and has received several local and international awards. He represents Palestine in several international organizations in the field of technology and has worked as a trainer in developing entrepreneurial projects.

Several years of experience in providing reliable various business and consultation services to the private, governmental, and not-for-profit organizations in the Palestinian and Jordanian market. Strong and wide networks with local companies, institutions, and various governmental institutions, such as universities, unions, medical institutions, and local governmental institutions. Management support, technical assistance, facilitating and monitoring of project implementation.
Excellent experience in European grant and subsidies projects such as: PSI, UKaid, French grants, USAID.
