Dr. Fadi Abu Diak holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Jurisprudence, Economics, and Law (Finance) from Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University in Türkiye, which he earned in 2021. His academic and professional background combines Islamic jurisprudence, finance, economics, Islamic finance, management, and entrepreneurship.
He serves as an Assistant Professor at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie in Tulkarm, Palestine. During his academic career at the university, he has held several administrative and academic positions, including Head of the Department of General Culture, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Educational Sciences, and Head of the Department of Administrative and Financial Business.
As an academic lecturer, Dr. Abu Diak has taught more than 35 courses covering a wide range of subjects, including Sharia, finance, economics, Islamic finance, management, and entrepreneurship. He has also taught courses in banking supervision, finance, and bank deposits at the Arab American University in Jenin and Al-Quds Open University across several branches in Palestine.
In addition to his academic experience, Dr. Abu Diak has professional experience in the banking and financial sector. He served as Head of the Finance and Investment Department at the Arab Islamic Bank in Jenin and as Assistant Head of the Marketing Department at the same institution. He also worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Yarmouk University in Irbid, Jordan, contributing to both academic research and teaching activities.
