Academic Qualifications

Dr. Salah Yahya Salah Sabri holds a PhD in General Administration from Cairo University, Egypt, awarded in 2014. He obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences, with a specialization in General Administration, from Mutah University, Jordan, in 2003. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from An-Najah National University, Palestine, in 2001.

Professional Experience

Dr. Sabri has held a number of academic, administrative, and leadership positions throughout his professional career. He began his career as a Financial and Administrative Manager at Health Action Committees from February 2004 to November 2006. During the same period, he also worked as a part-time supervisor at Al-Quds Open University.
He subsequently served as an Administrative Assistant at Al-Quds Open University from October 2006 to February 2009, before joining the university's academic faculty in March 2009. He served as a faculty member until August 2018 and later became Director of the Center for Administrative and Economic Research from September 2018 to August 2019. He returned to his faculty position in September 2019.
Since February 2025, Dr. Sabri has served as Acting Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at Al-Quds Open University.

He also co-authored "Administrative Empowerment and its Impact on Crisis Management in Palestinian Ministries' Directorates," which was accepted for publication in the Al-Quds Open University Journal of Administrative and Economic Research in 2026.
