Elias Issa Dahdal is an American businessman of Palestinian origin from the town of Al-Taybeh in the Ramallah district. At the age of 17, he emigrated to the United States with his family and settled in New York. He began working at the global automotive company Ford in their New Jersey assembly plant.

Within five years, Dahdal was promoted to Assembly Team Supervisor, and four years later, he became Work Team Supervisor after achieving remarkable successes and setting a company record for the first time in Ford’s history. He received six awards, five of which were Ford Mustang cars (1979), in recognition of his innovative ideas and creative solutions to assembly challenges.

Dahdal later served as Industrial Manager in two companies in New York and Philadelphia before retiring in 2002. He currently dedicates most of his time to charitable work and is in the process of establishing the Mukhtar Elias Dahdal Charity Association in memory of his grandfather, Elias Abu Nikola, who served as Mukhtar of Al-Taybeh municipality for forty years and was the first Chairman of the Al-Taybeh Municipal Council.
